As part of the Partners International Program the Massachusetts General Hospital International Patient Center is a full-service office that assists international patients and referring physicians looking for a consultation, a second opinion or treatment for a complex illness. The MGH International Patient Center staff makes it easy to receive care by coordinating the following medical and personal needs for you prior to your arrival and during your stay:

Appointment scheduling with MGH physicians
• Coordination of the admissions process
• Interpretation services in several languages
• Transportation arrangements including airport
pick up and ground or air ambulance services to the MGH
• Long and short-term lodging arrangements for
patients and their families
• Deluxe accommodations available at the hospital's
Phillips House
• Specially-prepared meals upon request
• Concierge services upon request
• Assistance with financial arrangements including
advance estimates for fees, deposits, and payments
